Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY
Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time Our products ship from partner warehouses. The estimated delivery time for each item is shown on its product page and at checkout:

US warehouse items: usually 3–8 business days after shipping.
International warehouse items: usually 8–15 business days after shipping.
If your order has items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost.

Where we ship We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including PO boxes.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Lost or delayed orders If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, email us at ethan.tyland.biz@gmail.com. We'll track it down or send a replacement.

Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to fix it before it ships.
